Release what you’ve been carrying.
A beginner friendly Yoga class gathering designed to erase everyday tension while supporting mobility, intentional consumption and body awareness.
Set an intention.
We’ll begin with a mindful cannabis ceremony, as an optional wellness ally, that invites you to connect with the plant intentionally for healing.
Shift out of stress mode.
Grounding breathwork and meditation help you slow your breathing, settle a busy mind, and create space to actually relax.
Honor the change of season.
October offers a beautiful reminder to simplify, let go of what no longer serves you, and make room for what does.
Find your people.
Connect with an open-minded, welcoming community in a space built around curiosity, acceptance, wellness, and zero judgment.
Stay awhile.
Enjoy the dab lounge sponsored by Buddies Brand and connect with fellow attendees.
Grab a gift bag.
Explore offerings from aligned wellness brands, and take home a few thoughtful goodies.
And throughout it all, you’ll be guided by Stefani Manger, Yogaworks-certified instructor, canna patient and creator of The Yoga Joint 420.
No Yoga experience required. Come as you are.
Limited space available.
