1. Tell us a little about yourself. How did your journey into the cannabis industry begin?

I grew up with half of my family not liking the cannabis industry and the other half knowing a lot about it. My cousins taught me everything from seed to finished product, including the knowledge and healing aspects of marijuana.

2. What do you enjoy most about being a budtender, and what keeps you passionate about what you do?

I enjoy introducing new cannabis products to patients and helping them explore alternatives to alcohol.

3. What’s the most rewarding customer interaction you’ve had, and why has it stayed with you?

Helping bring comfort to people who have suffered from sleepless nights for many years has been the most rewarding. Being able to ease their struggles stays with me.

4. What qualities do you think make an exceptional budtender?

An exceptional budtender is someone who takes the time to explain everything there is to know about marijuana.

5. How do you help customers feel comfortable and confident when choosing a cannabis product?

With over 20 years of personal cannabis experience, I can provide reliable information and help guide customers with confidence.

6. What’s one piece of cannabis advice or education you wish every customer knew before walking into a dispensary?

Take your time and explore everything the dispensary has to offer.

7. Do you have a favorite Buddies product? What makes it your go-to recommendation?

The Fire & Ice Roll-On Lotion is my go-to product. I keep it on my dresser because it helps with all my aches and pains—neck, elbows, and hands. In my 40’s and practicing martial arts, it’s a must-have for recovery.

8. Outside of cannabis, what hobbies or interests help define who you are?

I practice Jiu Jitsu, work out, and am a full-time dad. Staying active and focusing on recovery are always top priorities for me.

9. If you could enjoy a Buddies product anywhere with anyone, where would it be and why?
